Original collotype from 1912 of Rast Der Slovaken (Studie Zu dem Gleichnamigen Steindruck) [1896] by Emil Orlík (1870-1932), German painter, etcher and lithographer.

At the turn of the century, Orlík travelled through Asia and Europe, spending most of 1898 visiting the Netherlands, Great Britain, Belgium and Paris. His prints catalog his travels, creating a kind of pictorial diary of the years 1892 to 1900 in particular.
